Yes. We work with homeowners and landlords, providing domestic plumbing, heating and property maintenance services.

Boiler Services

Yes. We can investigate boiler faults and diagnose problems affecting heating or hot water. The appropriate repair will depend on the boiler type, the fault and the availability of suitable parts.

For most domestic gas boilers, an annual service is recommended. Regular servicing helps check the appliance's condition, operation and safety. Always follow the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations.

We offer boiler installation and replacement services. The most suitable option will depend on your existing heating system, property requirements and hot water demand.

Check the boiler manufacturer's instructions before attempting to adjust anything. Repeated pressure loss may indicate a leak or another system fault, so it's worth arranging an inspection rather than continually topping up the system.

Central Heating

Radiators can develop cold spots or fail to heat because of trapped air, sludge build-up, valve problems or circulation issues. The cause needs to be identified before deciding on the right repair.

Power flushing is a process used to clean central heating systems by circulating cleaning chemicals and water through the pipework and radiators to help remove accumulated sludge and debris.

We can investigate radiator leaks, faulty valves and associated pipework. Depending on the condition of the radiator and fittings, a repair or replacement may be recommended.

A TRV allows you to control the temperature of an individual room by regulating the flow of hot water into its radiator. It can help provide better control over your home's heating.

Plumbing

Yes. We provide domestic plumbing repairs for leaking pipes, dripping taps, faulty connections and other common household plumbing problems.

We can help with a range of toilet and shower plumbing faults, including leaks, faulty fittings and problems with water supply or drainage connections.

If it's safe to do so, turn off the water supply using your property's stopcock. Avoid using electrical equipment near standing water and arrange for the leak to be investigated. If water is coming into contact with electrical installations, keep clear and seek appropriate assistance.

Yes. We can investigate plumbing-related hot water problems, including issues involving hot water cylinders, pipework and associated components. If the problem relates to your boiler or heating system, our engineers can help identify the appropriate service.

Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps

We provide domestic air conditioning installation services. The right system will depend on the room size, property layout and cooling requirements.

Yes. Regular maintenance helps keep an air conditioning system operating properly. The manufacturer's maintenance schedule should be followed, and filters and other components should be checked as appropriate.

An air-source heat pump transfers heat from the outside air into your property to provide heating and, where supported by the system, hot water.

Yes. Regular checks and maintenance help keep a heat pump operating efficiently and allow potential issues to be identified. Follow the manufacturer's recommended servicing schedule.

Landlord Services

Yes. We provide landlord gas safety checks carried out by appropriately qualified Gas Safe registered engineers. Following a satisfactory check, the relevant gas safety record is provided.

Landlords must arrange a gas safety check on relevant gas appliances and flues at least every 12 months, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

No. A landlord gas safety check and an annual boiler service are different tasks. A gas safety check assesses the safety of relevant gas appliances and flues, while a boiler service involves maintenance and checks of the boiler itself. They can often be arranged during the same visit.

Yes. We offer landlord maintenance plans designed to provide support with covered boiler and heating system issues. Please refer to our LandlordCare information for plan details, eligibility requirements, terms and exclusions.
